Yeasha Sobhan Guides Innovation and Sustainability
Yeasha Sobhan is Vice Chairman of Safwan Bashundhara Global and Bashundhara Paper Mills Ltd., where she guides business operations, marketing, product development, and sustainable manufacturing. She has helped expand the Group’s paper, tissue, and hygiene portfolio while strengthening its customer base. Her leadership also extends to Toggi Real Estate and Construction Limited and The Food Hall.
Yeasha promotes operational efficiency, innovation, diversity, and eco-friendly practices across the Group’s businesses. Her work also supports the Bashundhara Special Children Foundation and autism awareness initiatives. In 2018, Yeasha Sobhan received the Bangladesh Women Leadership Excellence Award in recognition of her executive leadership, marketing and management skills, strategic thinking, and commitment to the community.
